Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver rockstar-level service. You will coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure every venue area is staffed, running, and delivering an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, scheduling, hiring, and developing the team while prioritizing safety and standards in a high-energy environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience by setting the daily service standard and staying visible on the floor.
• Coach and develop front of house team members and drive engagement.
• Manage opening/closing, scheduling, hiring, and shift coverage.
• Uphold Topgolf core values and maintain health, safety, and operational standards.
• Use metrics and guest feedback to enhance performance and profitability.
