Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager in Augusta, GA to lead our guest-facing team and deliver best-in-class hospitality. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure every area is staffed, running smoothly, and focused on guest satisfaction.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy venue. You will drive engagement, uphold safety standards, and help maximize guest enjoyment and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and develop the team by supervising front of house members and driving engagement and development.
• Manage operations including opening/closing, shifts, hiring, scheduling, and inventory support.
• Uphold standards and culture by living Topgolf values and ensuring health, safety, and operational standards.
