Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead guest experience across the front of house and drive service excellence in a fast-paced, high-energy venue.

You will coach and develop a team, oversee hiring and onboarding, and ensure operational standards, safety, and profitability are maintained. This role emphasizes visible leadership, guest focus, and a culture of care in line with Topgolf’s values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting the daily service standard and remaining visible to elevate guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the front of house team, supervise staff, and support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Manage operations including opening/closing procedures, shift management, and using metrics to drive performance.
• Uphold Topgolf standards and culture, ensuring health, safety, and operational compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership and maintain clear channels for feedback and improvement.
