Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team in delivering best-in-class service and hospitality. You will coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure all areas are staffed, running smoothly, and delivering an exceptional experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong commitment to Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Strong guest and team leadership skills.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsabilités

• Lead the guest experience and set the daily standard for service and hospitality.
• Coach front of house team members and drive engagement.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, shift scheduling, and staffing.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to operational standards.
• Drive revenue and guest satisfaction through data-informed decisions.
