Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers with personal contact and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals as directed by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising; ensure equipment is functioning and staff trained.
• Handle opening/closing procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the Store Manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise all crew members in coordination with Store Manager.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Maintain stock room and perform general store maintenance.
