Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth front-end operations. You will train and supervise crew members, support the store manager, and help achieve performance goals while maintaining store standards.

Role requires at least a High School diploma and 2+ years of management experience. The position may involve day, evening, and weekend shifts with a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required for consideration.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and excellent service.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service goals per District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandise standards.
• Manage opening/closing, cleanliness, and stock room organization.
• Recruit, train, and supervise crew members; support store manager.
