Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to drive customer service excellence and efficient front-end operations. You will oversee checkout, merchandising, and daily store routines to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Led crew to wow customers with personal service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Led the store to meet customer service score goals from the District Manager.
• Direct front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Open and close the store, maintain cleanliness, and ensure readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and supervise crew members.
