Job summary

Five Below in Austin, TX is seeking a motivated leader to help manage daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. This hourly role emphasizes front-end leadership, merchandising, training, and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and supervise crew members, support opening and closing procedures, and maintain store cleanliness and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure brand standards.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain stock room and ensure equipment is functional.
