Job summary

The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of management experience, and strong communication skills. The position requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts at the Maryland store.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact and trains on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversees front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and trains associates for services where applicable.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and stock room readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the manager and supports recruitment and coaching.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery strategies.
• Maintains store maintenance and general housekeeping.
