Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable leader to supervise a fast-paced store, delivering WOW customer service and coordinating daily front-end operations.

You will recruit, train and coach crew members, open and close the store, maintain cleanliness, and ensure merchandising meets brand standards while supporting the store manager in their absence. The role requires a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Recruit, train and coach crew members.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain stock room and perform housekeeping tasks.
