Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable leader to drive store performance and deliver WOW guest experiences. As a frontline supervisor, you will train crew, manage daily operations, and ensure front-end standards and safety.

You will partner with the store manager, recruit, coach, and supervise team members, handle opening/closing, and maintain merchandising. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred as an asset.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is functional and staff trained.
• Open and close procedures; keep store clean and ready.
• Assume store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach and supervise crew members.
