Qualifications

• College experience preferred for this role.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service at checkout.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open/close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate merchandising and world recovery with leadership team.
• Maintain stock room and execute store maintenance tasks.
