Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking; ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and with excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling, securing doors, setting alarms, and daily operations readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.

Education
