Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store supervisor to lead the team in delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience and high-quality guest service. You will train crew, oversee front-end operations, and partner with the store manager to meet performance goals in a high-energy environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma (college experience preferred), and a minimum of two years of management experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service goals.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast checkout.
• Manage front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open/close procedures, store cleanliness, stock room upkeep and maintenance.
