Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast checkout.
• Leads store to meet customer service score goals and maintains front-end operations.
• Manages front-end merchandising and ensures brand standards.
• Opens/closes store, maintains cleanliness, and stock room readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Recruits, trains, coaches, and supervises crew members with the store manager.
