Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, efficient line and assist with management tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include upholding food safety, resolving quality issues, and supporting front-of-house operations. This role emphasizes leadership development and office administration support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to speak/read/write the primary language of the work location.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues promptly.
• Support food safety: hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, shelf life, daily safety checks.
• Address customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office duties: banking, cash policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
