Job summary

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Supervise and train the restaurant crew; assist with office duties as needed.
• Monitor food safety practices, including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and contribute to positive customer experiences.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with leadership development and future Service Leaders.
