Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by upholding food safety, quality, and training the crew. Youll keep a clean, organized line with working equipment and guide shifts and breaks.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, supporting customer service, and developing front-of-house staff for future leadership roles while handling office tasks and ensuring supplies are stocked.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand and communicate in the primary language of the work location.
• Experience working in a restaurant environment.
• Exposure to office paperwork and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure high quality food is served and assist with food safety practices.
• Support and train front-of-house Crew; monitor breaks and shifts.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling, and supplies.
