Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and guiding a trained restaurant crew.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership to keep the line flowing, train staff, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, efficient line, supporting food safety initiatives, and helping with scheduling, coaching, and development of front-of-house team members.

Qualifications

• Proven cash handling experience and policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards and health department matters.
• Experience with handling office paperwork and minimal admin duties.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, gloves, time/temperature monitoring, daily safety checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties like banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in working order.
