Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to sustain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by keeping the restaurant line organized with properly working equipment. The role involves hands-on leadership on the floor, everyday supervision of crew, and collaboration with management to uphold quality standards.

You will monitor and improve food safety practices, assist with crew performance and training, and support various office tasks to keep operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served.
• Support food safety practices and regular checks.
• Assist with crew scheduling, training, and cross-training.
• Contribute to positive customer experiences and issue resolution.
• Assist with office tasks and paperwork as needed.
• Monitor supplies and ensure adequate inventory.
