You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor line timing, support crew development, and handle office tasks as needed. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with a focus on food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures recommended.
• Food safety knowledge and compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized; ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews and schedules.
• Assist with office administration tasks and paperwork as needed.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling; help resolve customer incidents.
