Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well trained. You will keep a clean, organized line and supervise line equipment while supporting other tasks as needed.

You will bring knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and office paperwork, plus the ability to communicate in the local language and a high school diploma. Restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Comfort with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with routine hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklists.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
