Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to sustain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will maintain a clean line with functioning equipment and keep team on task during breaks and shifts.

The role also involves developing future leaders and participating in office administration as needed. Ideal candidates will have high school education, restaurant experience, and knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and paperwork

Qualifications

• > Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• > Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• > Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• > Familiarity with office paperwork.
• > Proficient in speaking, writing, reading English for work.
• > High school diploma.
• > Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
• Help monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew
• Assist with Crew performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are adequate
