Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. in California is seeking a Guest Experience Lead who will ensure every guest receives a top-quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor as part of the store leadership team.

You will drive store performance, participate in hiring and coaching, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment where the team delivers on daily sales goals and outstanding guest connections.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment coaching to support learning and development.
