lululemon in the United States is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and help the store meet daily sales goals as part of the leadership team.

You'll participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching, and you will act as Supervisor on Duty when needed, fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment for both guests and team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
• For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed
• Move dynamically and act as Supervisor on Duty to support business, team, and guests
• Open/close the store per procedures and ensure operational readiness
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their development
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment
