Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the store location country.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to guide the team and guest interactions.
• Provide in-store technical product education to meet guest needs.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Assist in store hiring, onboarding and training.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive work environment.
