Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor. You will be part of the store leadership, driving performance toward daily sales targets and contributing to hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance when needed.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data and metrics to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
