lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure guests receive a quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, educate guests on product value, and help drive store performance against sales goals.

The role is part of the store leadership team, with input on hiring and performance, and the ability to act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts. A background in retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading or mentoring others.
• Ability to travel to assigned store

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide product education and meet guest needs.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding and training.
• Coach team members and provide recognition in real time.
