lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the store floor. You will be part of the store leadership, driving performance and guiding the team to meet daily sales targets while acting as Supervisor on Duty.

The role involves coaching, hiring input, and creating an inclusive, collaborative environment. Expect varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail or customer experience, including handling guest conversations and resolutions.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others is preferred.
• Able to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education and assistance when needed.
• Lead as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout the shift.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring processes, onboarding and training.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and strong working relationships.
