Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience for every guest. You will lead from the floor, deliver product education, and drive store performance through guest satisfaction and achievement of daily sales targets.

You will support hiring, coaching, and on-floor supervision as needed. The role emphasizes inclusion, teamwork, and a positive environment, with opportunities to influence store culture and guest connections.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and explain value of products.
• Assist in store leadership duties and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of team members.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
