Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive an exceptional in-store experience. You will educate guests on technical product features and act as Supervisor on Duty to guide the floor and meet daily sales targets.

You will participate in hiring, coaching, and developing the team, ensure store readiness, and interpret daily metrics to improve performance. Flexibility for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Open/close the store and manage shift readiness.
• Review daily data to drive sales and motivate the team.
