Job summary

The Guest Experience Lead at lululemon is responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and personalized service.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive sales, mentor team members, and participate in hiring decisions while supervising on the floor during shifts. The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and a commitment to an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and ensure an inclusive guest experience.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education to guests and team members.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, oversee store readiness, and drive business through sales targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback, recognition, and coaching to teammates.
