Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Sioux Falls is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. You will deliver technical product education, drive sales on the floor, and act as a key member of the store leadership team.

You will recruit, coach, and develop team members, manage opening/closing duties, and use daily data to push for stronger performance while fostering an inclusive, energetic environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and provide exceptional service.
Ensure each guest receives technical product education and assist teammates when needed.
Move as Supervisor on Duty to meet business, team, and guest needs.
Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
Open and close the store according to procedures.
Review daily metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
