lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a high-quality in-store experience for all guests in Sioux Falls. You will lead from the floor, provide product education, and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed to support sales targets and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership experience. The schedule varies and includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience in leading, mentoring or delegating with others
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Provide technical product education and assist guests as needed
• Supervise on duty and support store leadership in daily goals
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members
• Review store data to drive sales and performance
