Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some leadership or mentoring experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Review daily data to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Coach and develop team through feedback and demonstrations.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative store environment.
