Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver lululemon's guest experience framework and provide technical product education to guests
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, oversee store readiness, and drive progress toward sales goals and metrics
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of team members; provide in-the-moment feedback and recognition
• Create an inclusive, respectful, and engaging team environment with strong collaboration and communication
