Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive a high-quality in-store experience. You will oversee product education, lead from the floor, and act as Supervisor on Duty while guiding the store team to meet daily sales targets.

The role emphasizes guest connection, on-the-floor leadership, and collaboration within the store leadership team to ensure an inclusive, energetic shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience, with conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating tasks to others.
• Commitment to an inclusive, high-caliber guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and education about products.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and contribute to store performance and guest satisfaction.
• Support hiring decisions, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to peers and newer staff.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive store environment.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure readiness.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales goals.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure operational excellence during shifts.
• Move dynamically to address guest and business needs on the floor.
