Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Guest Experience Lead to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
• Provide technical product education and articulate the value of lululemon products to guests.
• Review daily data and drive sales goals; participate in hiring and training of team members.
• Open/close the store and ensure operational readiness during shifts.
