Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, including guest resolution and difficult conversations
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to meet guest needs
• Oversee store readiness, open/close procedures, and daily sales goals
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment that motivates performance
