Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by providing technical product education and leading the floor with a focus on guest connections and sales targets. You will be part of the store leadership team, guiding daily operations and supporting team performance on the sales floor.

The role involves hiring input, coaching, and fostering an inclusive team environment while maintaining store readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Oversee or provide technical product education to meet the needs of each guest.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to support business, team, and guests.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure store readiness.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring processes, onboarding, and training.
