Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by providing technical product education and leading from the floor as part of the store leadership team.

You will drive daily sales goals, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty to guide the team and guest interactions, with a focus on inclusive, high-caliber service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Willingness to travel to assigned store(s) as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences and act as Supervisor on Duty
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate product value
• Open and close the store and ensure operational excellence during shifts
• Review daily business data and metrics to drive sales and team performance
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and hands-on learning
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and strong guest relations
