Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Manager in Baton Rouge to lead front-end operations and enhance guest satisfaction. You will mentor team members, oversee onboarding, and ensure efficient store processes, focusing on hospitality, accuracy, and timely service.

You will drive guest experiences through proactive problem solving, inventory support, and routine audits, while coordinating total store activities as needed to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, or 5 years of related management experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Lead and educate team members on products, services, and guest solutions.
