Job summary

The Fresh Market in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead team members, shape the guest experience, onboard new hires, and oversee key store operations with strong attention to detail. This fast-paced role emphasizes hospitality, efficiency, and driving results in a dynamic retail environment.

You will coach staff, ensure excellent guest service, manage inventories and audits, and participate in total store operations or MOD shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field, or 5 years of related management experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Lead by example of hospitality, educate team members on products and services, address guest concerns.
• Support inventories and sales reporting, manage front-end performance with audits.
• Engage, coach, and train team members on-the-job and via internal training platform.
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of new team members and manage guest flow to ensure outstanding shopping experience.
• Occasionally responsible for total store operations or Manager on Duty (MOD).
