Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive exceptional in-store guest experiences and coach team members. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and support daily sales goals while ensuring an inclusive and high‑performing store environment.

You will act as Supervisor on Duty, participate in hiring decisions, and guide the team through coaching, recognition, and hands-on training to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Bring the guest experience framework to life on the floor as a Leader on Duty.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when teammates are unavailable.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in-store hiring processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
