lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. You will educate guests on technical product details and drive store performance by meeting daily sales goals, while participating in hiring and team development.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. You will be part of the store leadership, opening/closing, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• High school diploma/GED/equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to articulate value of product and brand.
• Drive store performance on the floor through guest experience and sales targets.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training decisions.
• Offer direct feedback and coaching to team members on the floor.
• Ensure store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
