Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the store floor, ensuring an inclusive, high‑caliber interaction.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate value of lululemon products.
• Contribute to store performance by supporting daily sales targets and team outcomes.
• Assist in hiring decisions, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty and maintain store readiness and operational excellence.
