lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. You will guide the floor team, deliver product education, and drive daily sales targets while supporting hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.

You will open, close, and supervise shift operations, ensuring operational excellence and an inclusive, high-energy store culture. Prior retail leadership and strong guest relations are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (guest resolution, handling difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide technical product education tailored to each guest.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and drive store performance toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and provide timely feedback
