Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience. You will educate guests on products, lead from the floor, and act as Supervisor on Duty to drive sales and team performance.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching, fostering an inclusive environment while aligning with daily targets and store priorities. This role requires a flexible schedule and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• 1 year retail or customer experience; leadership/mentoring experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule; shifts mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel to assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.
• Help hire, onboard, and train store team.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales.
• Open and close store per procedures.
• Address team performance with feedback and coaching.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative team environment.
• Ensure readiness of store operations throughout shifts.
