Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience from the floor to ensure inclusive, exceptional service.
• Provide technical product education to meet guest needs and articulate product value.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to lead the floor and drive sales targets.
• Assist with store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training decisions.
