Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure all guests receive a quality in-store experience. You will lead on-floor initiatives, provide technical product education, and support store performance as part of the store leadership team.

You will participate in hiring, coach the team, and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. The role requires flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel to assigned stores may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience; includes guest resolution.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life on the floor, driving an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to support business, team, and guests.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate product value.
• Assist with store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
